Everyone learns at a different pace. If you join a Self Defence of Martial Art class you are relying on your instructor’s skill to recognize that some people will pick up things quickly while others will take longer. Hence, our training session is individual attention focused or small group training basis.

Training once a week can be good, however, after a few days you may have forgotten what particular drills or techniques you were taught. Often it is the case that the fine detail of what you have been taught can also be lost between lessons. Therefore, our techniques are emphasizing on practical self-defence where they are easily comprehensible and useful in close combat fighting to boost the learning satisfaction level to the max.
